Katy Hyman, MDiv, BCC

Katy Hyman is the Director of Adult Palliative Care, Pediatric Palliative Care and Perinatal Connections at MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center, part of the MemorialCare health system in Southern California. Rev. Hyman helped develop the Spiritual Care Toolkit for the Center to Advance Palliative Care and has worked on operational, procedural, legal, and clinical issues within palliative care. She has particular interest in education and interdisciplinary care, especially in communication training. She is Senior Faculty member with Vital Talk.
