Lori Yosick, LISW-S, CHPCA

Lori Yosick has more than 35 years of health care experience: 25 years in administration and 12 years leading a large hospice and palliative care program. She is a faculty member and presenter for the Palliative Care Leadership CentersTM (PCLC) site at Mount Carmel in Columbus, Ohio. Certified as a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator (CHPCA), she was a Mount Carmel Health associate for nearly 14 years. In January 2016 Ms. Yosick became system director of community palliative care at Trinity Health, where she is focused on increasing the system’s capacity to deliver patient-centered, high-value care to patients in community settings.
