Charlene Palmer

As Senior Membership Associate, Charlene Palmer provides technical support to CAPC members and overall customer service to all CAPC website users. She also is responsible for processing new membership applications, and assisting with other special department projects as needed.

Ms. Palmer has held positions at The Guardian Life Insurance Company as well as advertising agencies Wishbone and Rosetta working with pharmaceutical clients.

Ms. Palmer has studied business accounting at DeVry University, and medical billing and coding at Lehman College.
