Rosie Aponte

As Senior Director of Member Services, Rosie Aponte is responsible for growing and retaining CAPC’s diverse membership network of more than 1,700 organizations. Ms. Aponte leads a team of six, all dedicated to ensuring the highest level of member satisfaction.

Ms. Aponte has extensive non-profit membership experience, working with high-profile members from a wide array of industries and professions. Prior to joining CAPC, she served as Membership Services Manager for four years at the Advertising Research Foundation where she engaged with Fortune 500 marketing, media, research, and advertising agencies to maximize their membership experiences. Ms. Aponte also served as Director of Membership and Grant Making with the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) for six years. At the time, the AFA was a fairly new organization, and she built the membership department and its membership network while also creating grant programs that sponsor elder and memory care initiatives across the country.

Ms. Aponte graduated from SUNY New Paltz in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology - Concentration in Human Services.
