Introducing the Launch of CAPC Chronicles
On Wednesday, October 16th, the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) launched CAPC Chronicles, commemorating a significant milestone in its journey—its silver anniversary. Through a tapestry of personal narratives, anecdotes, and shared experiences, this project offers a glimpse into CAPC's evolution, the impact of the palliative care field over the past 25 years, and collective hopes for the future.
