An article published in Clinical Advisor highlights findings on the benefits of early and standardized pediatric palliative care (PPC) presented at the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners 2025 National Conference on Pediatric Health Care. Results of the study provide an adaptable and replicable model for standardizing the introduction of PPC services to high-risk patients at diagnosis so that these patients and their families can benefit from advanced symptom management, psychosocial support, and referrals to hospice care from their PPC care team.
