Massachusetts and Oregon earned 4.5 stars, the top score in the Center to Advance Palliative Care’s (CAPC) updated Serious Illness Scorecard, as reported in a Palliative Care News article, which included an interview with Brynn Bowman, MPA, CAPC CEO, and Stacie Sinclair, MPP, associate director for policy and care transformation.
