Description
This Hospice Physician role with Allina Health is responsible for managing two to three interdisciplinary teams that oversee a patient panel of up to 150+ patients.
Primarily remote work
Will attend in-person IDT meetings every two weeks
Need to be available to see patients occasionally in person during normal working hours as needed
Standard schedule Monday - Friday, 7am to 5pm
Call requirement: 1 in 4 weekends and 1 in 5 weekday overnights
Additional call compensation above and beyond base salary
