--This individual provides direct patient care through the Beebe Medical Group department, with specific focus on the care of palliative care patients, in the hospital and the community setting
--The Nurse Practitioner in this role will practice according to established protocols, policies, procedures, and accepted standards of care
--Functions within approved scope and credentials as approved by Beebe Healthcare credentialing committee
--Follow established nursing standards, procedures, and practices, and gives specific patient care directions to nursing and other support staff
--This position will work four, 10-hour shifts Mon-Fri, 7a-5p. No call.
--The work locations will rotate between hospital, outpatient clinic, some cancer center, and home visits
--Coordination of palliative care and/or end-of-life services
--Collaboration with other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient plan of care
