Description
Oversees the Nancy Renyhart Dementia Education Program and GUIDE dementia services, ensuring alignment with organizational policies. Manages daily operations, adheres to strategic and budget plans, and drives program growth. Coordinates events, collaborates with community partners, promotes fundraising campaigns, and supports volunteer recruitment while ensuring compliance with GUIDE model guidelines.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews dementia programs both internally and across the state.
Contributes to the business plan and budget annually.
Plans, organizes, and manages the center’s operations and programs.
Represents the center to the public and serves as the primary spokesperson.
Works with local officials and other organizations to help make our market a “Dementia-Friendly” community.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in business or healthcare management, marketing, health services or related field required.
RN or LCSW licensure preferred
Post-Acute Care Dementia (PAC-DC) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certifications strongly preferred.
Three to five years of management experience, preferably in a non-profit organization.
Transparent and high integrity leadership.
Must possess a passion for the center’s mission.
