Join Our Renowned Palliative Care Team at Baptist Health South Florida. Baptist Health Medical Group, a rapidly expanding network of over 600 of the region’s most respected physicians, is seeking a Palliative Care Physician to join our dynamic team. As part of Baptist Health South Florida, you’ll be connected to a culture of excellence that spans across 12 hospitals, 80+ physician practices, and more than 60 outpatient and urgent care facilities. Our centers of excellence, recognized both nationally and internationally, serve Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. This exciting opportunity is based at Homestead Hospital and West Kendall Baptist Hospital. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes a broad network of primary care physicians and highly specialized medical and surgical experts. This position provides a unique chance to shape patient care while working closely with an interdisciplinary team, with additional opportunities in leadership and clinical teaching in our upcoming Palliative Care Fellowship Program launching in 2027.

The ideal candidate will be board certified or board eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, Geriatric experience is preferred but not a requirement. A current Florida state medical license and good standing with the medical board are required.

We’re looking for a compassionate physician who demonstrates, a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. A collaborative approach to working in a multidisciplinary environment. Strong communication skills and an excellent bedside manner.
