Advocate Health is seeking a Hospice & Palliative Medicine Fellowship trained physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, WI.

• Provide high-quality palliative care in both inpatient (80%) and outpatient (20%) settings
• Ensure optimal comfort and quality of life for patients
• Program Development
• Collaborate with the Wisconsin Medical Director to continue to develop and enhance the Palliative Medicine Program
• Collaborative Environment
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, social workers, and chaplains
• Flexible Schedule & Shared Call
• Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM
• Shared call with 10 physicians (average 1:8-9)

• Aurora BayCare Medical Center is a 167-bed full service hospital serving Green Bay and surrounding communities
• Advanced Technology & Innovation:
• Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
• Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

Training and/or experience required
• Completion of an accredited Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship
• BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Wisconsin License or ability to obtain licensure
