Caroline Taverna, MSW, LCSW

Caroline Taverna, MSW, LCSW is a palliative care social worker on the KidneyPal team at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. She received her master’s in social work from NYU Silver School of Social Work, where she was a Zelda Foster Studies in Palliative and End of Life Care MSW fellow.
