Donna Rugh, DNP, RN, CHPN, PMGT-BC, is an experienced and compassionate nursing professional with over 20 years of diverse clinical expertise across hospital, ambulatory, and home health settings. She has a proven track record of leading high-performance teams and improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices. Donna is passionate about professional development and mentoring, particularly in palliative and hospice care. Currently serving as the Division Manager for Hospice and Palliative Care at Main Line Health, she leads multiple teams of healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality patient care while managing operations and regulatory compliance. Donna’s leadership in implementing specialized programs and initiatives has directly contributed to increased patient satisfaction, increased utilization of palliative care and hospice services, and better care delivery outcomes.

Donna is committed to advancing nursing education and has extensive teaching experience, including adjunct faculty roles and curriculum development. Beyond her clinical work, Donna actively contributes to the field through publications, presentations, and committee involvement. Donna is a National Faculty Member for the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association. Her leadership and clinical expertise have earned her multiple awards, including local recognition as a Top Nurse in Hospice and Palliative Care.
