Rebecca Sudore, MD

Dr. Rebecca Sudore, MD is a geriatrician, palliative medicine physician, implementation scientist, and professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. She directs the Innovation and Implementation Center on Aging & Palliative Care Research and the Vulnerable Aging Research Core of the National Institutes on Aging-funded Pepper Center. She conducts research in care planning and health communication. She is also the creator and director of the evidenced-based, online care planning PREPARE for YOUR Care program; the PREPARE easy-to-read, values-based advance directives (available for all US states in several languages); and the PREPARE for THEIR Care caregiver program.
