Terre Mirsch, MS, BSN

Terre Mirsch, MS, BSN is a hospice, palliative care, and home care professional with over 35 years of progressive leadership experience. As the Executive Director for Main Line Health HomeCare & Hospice, Terre is responsible for the development, coordination, and fiscal management of all HomeCare & Hospice service lines including home health, hospice, and the home-based palliative care practice. She has oversight of 550 employees who provide clinical care and services in the community to over 20,000 patients and families annually.

Terre is a certified Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator (CHPCA), a certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN), and an ELNEC trainer, coordinating and facilitating the ELNEC curriculum for Main Line Health employees 5 times annually for the past 10 years. She is responsible for the implementation and ongoing development of the Home-based Palliative Care Practice in 2020 with proven positive clinical and financial outcomes.
