We have secured a discounted rate of $257 per night, single or double occupancy, plus 16.37% occupancy taxes. The Seminar room block is for Sunday, September 14 through Wednesday, September 17. The discounted rate is guaranteed only until the group room block is sold out or expires. Hotel reservations in the Seminar room block must be made by Monday, August 25.

Getting to the Seminar
Attendees are required to make their own travel arrangements. Be sure your Seminar registration is confirmed before making hotel and travel reservations.
The hotel is in the center of Center City, just ten minutes from the 30th Street Amtrak Station and twenty minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport. The airport is served by all major domestic carriers and is a major hub for American Airlines.
Starting in May 2025, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will require all travelers to have a REAL ID (or another acceptable form of identification) to board domestic flights.
